Santosha Studio is a place of sanctuary, especially designed for teaching yoga and pilates. An inviting and nurturing space, the environment is one of empowerment where everyone, regardless of age, experience or ability is made to feel welcome.
We are open 7 days a week and have a packed schedule of daily yoga drop in classes and a whole range of courses at different times of the day; Yoga for Beginners, Yoga for Teens, Yoga for Children, Yoga for Pre-Pregnancy, just to name a few. We also have a fully equipped Pilates Studio offering private sessions.
In addition, we also host a wide range of workshops with something scheduled almost every weekend.
As an accredited Yoga Alliance Professionals Studio and Training School, we offer 200hr Teacher Training programmes with our YAP and YAP Org registered Senior Teacher Chie Sibbring.
