This deeply nourishing session combines gentle yoga, breath work and guided meditation.
Particularly beneficial if you are feeling stressed, tired or run down - and need to take stock before Christmas.
This is suitable for all, including those new to yoga and recovering from illness or injury.
For safety we ask that everyone brings their own yoga mat, blanket and pillow case to put around your bolster.
Santosha Studio will also have a stock of lightweight blankets for sale for anyone who needs one.
