This course explores and continues your yoga practice at a gentle pace. There will be lots of guidance and explanation of the methods and terms, time for questions and a respect for individual needs.
You will learn more yoga poses, consolidate the foundational poses, breathing techniques, meditation and many of the underlying principles of the practice which will allow you to continue to grow, learn and take care of your body and mind.
This is a great class for the beginner with some yoga experience but also for those returning to yoga after a long break or anyone who wants to rediscover and explore the basics.

You will learn foundation yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation and many of the underlying principles of the practice which will allow you to continue to grow, learn and take care of your body and mind.
This is a great class for the complete beginner or novice but also for those returning to yoga after a long break or anyone who wants to rediscover and explore the basics. No previous experience is required.
