YIN YOGA FOR YOUR SPINE

As there has been so much interest in our Sunday evening Yoga we are now bringing it back into the Studio as part of our Weekend Event series.

  

Yin Yoga, as a practice for deep inner peace and relaxation invites us to reconnect in a gentle and compassionate way with our body, mind and soul. By holding poses for a longer period it increases our ability to be in the present moment and slowly brings us closer to our authentic self.

 

Yin Yoga invites us to meet our inner resistance and shows us how to find a place of comfort in a not-so-comfortable place as well as noticing our thoughts and reactions from a perspective of calmness.

 

If you enjoy the session you can continue your practice with our regular weekly online class and we will be running the occasional in-studio sessions later.
