E-motion is a guided, music-led movement practice that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and coming back into your body in a way that feels natural and self-led.

This extended Sunday session offers a slower, more spacious container than a standard class. There will be time to arrive, settle, and land in your body before moving into the main movement journey, followed by time to gently come back down and integrate.

This is not a dance class in the traditional sense and there is no choreography to follow. You are invited to move in whatever way feels right for you, moment by moment. The focus is on listening to your body, allowing sensation and emotion to move, and creating space for release without analysis or performance.

Music is used intentionally to support different phases of movement, helping participants shift out of thinking and into embodied awareness. Some people experience this as calming and grounding; others as energising or freeing. There is no right way to move and no expectation to look a certain way.

E-motion can be helpful if you:
• Carry stress or tension in your body
• Feel disconnected from your body or energy
• Find it hard to switch off your mind
• Want a supportive way to move emotion through the body
• Would like a deeper end-of-week reset

The session offers a contained, respectful space to move, release, and settle back into yourself. No prior dance or movement experience is needed. Participants are encouraged to move within their own comfort and physical limits.
