Highly recommended by Doctors, Surgeons & other affiliated medical practitioners, Pilates is a great way to re-discover strength, control and stability throughout the whole body.  It is a practice which you can take into your everyday life and even to other exercise regimes. 


The 3 main principles of Pilates is Breath, whole body movement and whole body health and throughout this course you will start to see the benefit as you repattern and restore your body, mind and spirit.

This is a great class for the complete beginner or novice but also for those returning to pilates after a long break or anyone who wants to rediscover and explore the basics. No previous experience is required.

We ask all new clients to complete a new client form which will sent to you prior to your arrival.
