Yoga is a wonderful way to help kids to de-stress and be healthy. Sometimes we may not realise how stressful our children's lives can be.


Yoga has many benefits to offer to equip and empower children to respond to this in a healthy way. It helps to develop body awareness, to build concentration and focus, increase their confidence and positive self-image, and to calm the mind. Yoga helps managing stress through breathing, mindfulness, meditation and healthy movements.

This course is run by Rosemary Lewis who spent 30 years as a teacher in Primary School in a variety of settings mainly focusing on early years. She qualified as a yoga teacher with Chie Sibbring and Rainbow Kids Yoga.


You can either wait for your children in our waiting area while drinking tea or drop them off.

Please bring a mat if you have one.
