The reformer is one of the fundamental and versatile pieces of apparatus in a Pilates Studio. Its springs supports all movement enabling a re-distribution of the load throughout the body so you can re-access space around your joints, re-connect with all your supporting tissue, so you can re-pattern and re-set the body's own support system and thereby re-storing the healthy elasticity of the body.

Scientific research shows that loaded exercise with bouts of fast movement followed by rest periods is the best way to maintain a happy and healthy body & mind which in turn supports and strengthens the immune system. Reformer work ticks all these boxes.

This is a group class of 3 people all working to the same repertoire enabled and led by Fiona.
