Restorative Yoga & Singing Bowls Sound Journey New Moon 2026

Sunday 18 January

6.00-7.30pm

with Chie Sibbring

In Studio: £18.00

Begin 2026 with clarity, calm, and intention as we gather under the energy of the first New Moon of the year — a time for fresh beginnings, quiet renewal, and planting seeds for the months ahead.

This nurturing evening blends restorative yoga, cosy supported postures, and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to help you release the old and welcome the new.

As the sound ripples through the body, the mind softens, breath deepens, and inner space gently opens.

✨ What awaits you:

• Restorative yoga to unwind and soften

• A soothing singing bowls sound journey

• Guided new-moon intention setting

• A peaceful space to reset and begin again

No previous yoga experience needed — simply come as you are and allow yourself to renew from the inside out.

Start the year with softness, clarity, and a sense of fresh possibility. 🌿✨
