Pregnancy Yoga



Mondays from 7.50-9.05pm

Pregnancy is a unique and wondrous time in life. Yoga can be a great way to prepare for child birth. Yoga can help expectant mums get through their pregnancy with minimal discomfort. It also helps the birth and post-delivery stages.

In this class you will learn gentle stretching, safe breathing exercises and deep relaxation. Open to all from the 13th week of pregnancy - please check with your doctor or midwife before commencing Yoga practice.

Remember that you are entitled to time off work to attend a prenatal Yoga class. If you are more than 36 weeks pregnant then you can "drop in" to the class.
