In response to women requesting a morning prenatal session we have now moved our regular weekly class to Wednesday mornings from the beginning of November.​

Pregnancy is a unique and wondrous time in life. Yoga can be a great way to prepare for child birth. Yoga can help expectant mums get through their pregnancy with minimal discomfort. It also helps the birth and post-delivery stages.
​
In this class you will learn gentle stretching, safe breathing exercises and deep relaxation, which complements any NCT classes. Open to all from the 13th week of pregnancy - please check with your doctor or midwife before commencing Yoga practice.

In this taster session you will have the chance to experience perhaps your first ever Yoga class and ask questions before making a commitment to signing up on a Course. Yoga is complementary to other natural prenatal therapies and you can attend whatever your previous yoga experience.

Remember that you are entitled to time off work to attend a prenatal Yoga class.
