This flexibility focused practice invites you to stretch deeply and increase mobility; encouraging healthy joint range, lengthening muscles and improving your ability to rest and relax. 

An offering that includes carefully considered floor-based asanas, dynamic and passive stretches, lots of props and a deeply relaxing meditation to end your experience.

 

A Friday night events that lends itself towards those with some prior experience as poses are often held for a longer duration, with options to deepen your practice across asanas.

 

A session guaranteed to leave you feeling agile, open and truly nourished in body & mind.
