As part of our Friday Night Event series this class is designed with runners in mind, with asanas for targeted strengthening and stretching, where you need it most.  Particularly focusing on lower limb strength, stamina and core stability, this class aims to be the perfect complement to your running journey. 

 

Join longtime runner Jen as she shows you the yogic way to support your running goals and prevent injury in your running practice. 

 

Yoga is a brilliant for anyone who runs regularly for exercise.  Not only does yoga help ease pain and make it easier to run more efficiently, it also has many other benefits: Faster recovery after running. Helps us breathe better while running. Increases mental focus. Improve Posture. Increase flexibility and range of motion and importantly prevents injuries.
