Are you moving through perimenopause or menopause and looking for natural ways to feel more balanced, calm, and supported? ✨
This monthly yoga course is designed to help you navigate the challenges of midlife with ease. Each session combines gentle movement, restorative yoga, breathwork, and deep relaxation, along with time for reflection and optional sharing in a safe and supportive circle.
Together, we’ll explore practices to:
- Ease hot flushes, tension & anxiety
- Improve sleep & relaxation
- Support pelvic floor, bone health & strength
- Balance emotions & energy
- Create moments of calm and connection
In addition you receive
- Monthly handout with key poses, calming breath work, and an Ayurvedic lifestyle tip - so you can continue the practice at home.
- Access to a supportive WhatsApp group, where you can share, connect, and feel encouraged between sessions.
- Tea and time to connect with others, at the end of each session - space to relax, chat and enjoy company.
