We are open 7 days a week and have a packed schedule of daily yoga classes and a whole range of courses at different times of the day; Yoga for Beginners, Prenatal Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga, Kids Yoga, Backcare, Toddler Yoga, Pilates for Beginners just to name a few. We also have a fully equipped Pilates Studio offering private sessions and Reformer 3:1 sessions.
In addition, we also host a wide range of workshops with something scheduled most weekends.
As an accredited Yoga Alliance Professionals Studio and Training School, we offer 200hr Teacher Training programmes with our YAP and YAP Org registered Senior Teacher Chie Sibbring.
We also offer the The Art of Healthy Movement Pilates Transitional Courses - available for teachers who wish to teach with a fascial "eye".

YOGA & PILATES CLASSES
We run Hatha, Dynamic, Yin & Restorative style classes seven days a week and at various times of the day both in-studio and online. You will need to pre-book in-studio classes as numbers are limited to ensure a comfortable practice.
Studio classes are meant for everyone but there are a few that are aimed for regular practitioners. Please check when booking. For information on timings please refer to our schedule.
