We are currently closed for "in-person" classes but have taken our classes online, streamed either through Zoom or YouTube Studio, taught by our professional and experienced teaching faculty. Please note we have changed our pricing policy for these online classes to help as many of our Yogis to continue their practice.

Ashtanga Basics Yoga with Cherish Jackson - a brand new offering from Santosha. This will be a regular class on Thursday evenings at 6.15pm from 28th May. Ashtanga is a little more regimented that Hatha or Vinyasa in terms of sequences. Asanas are designated as being either Primary or Intermediate Series, and you need to master the Primary before you move to Intermediate. The first class is free.
Hatha Yoga with Jo Duffy - returning to Thursday mornings from 28th May at 10.30am. The first class is free, so sign up now!
Hatha Yoga on Monday mornings with Jo Duffy - a regular popular class which has now returned to the schedule.
Chakra Yoga with Chie Sibbring - a regular class on Monday evenings at 6.00pm. This class will focus on an individual Chakra each week, and you will learn different Asanas, breathing exercises and meditation which make you more aware of your body, mind, soul and the life force that moves through your Chakras.
Rise & Shine Yoga on Wednesday mornings with Nikki Knight - start your morning with 45 minutes of movement to stretch the body and awaken the mind.
