What's coming up?
santosha STUDIO update
The Studio has now re-opened with a beautiful Gong Bath session with Tony Brazier. We are now running classes and courses both in the Studio and Online. Have a look at our schedule which lists all our courses and classes as well as the Workshop pages to see what is on offer this month. Please also read our FAQ's regarding our Online classes and our Protocol Page regarding our Studio Classes. We have produced this short video clip to show you some of the main changes.
Whichever mode you prefer they are still being taught by Santosha's professional and experienced teaching faculty.

ACCREDITED TEACHER TRAINING with Chie Sibbring - we have now set our new dates for the 12 month teacher training course. Please see our teacher training pages for further information.
IMMERSION with Jo Kitts - this is a 50 hour programme over six months whereby you can immerse yourself in the teachings of Yoga. Please see our Immersion pages for further information.
CONNECTION THROUGH MEDITATION with Martina Elter - please note the new time of this streamed class which is now 9.00pm.
What's happening in August:-
BACKCARE with Fiona McIntosh - a class that has your back in mind! A gentle class that fuses yoga with pilates with fascial movement all to enhance the health and flexibility of your spine. The new 4-week course starts on 4th August. Each session is 75 minutes long and is available both from the Studio and Online.
4:1 SESSIONS with Jo Kitts - a semi-private yoga session (4 maximum) held on Wednesday mornings is a fabulous way to practice your yoga in a more personalised setting The August course is already full but September and October dates will be advertised shortly.
WELLBEING DESPITE CANCER (OR OTHER CHRONIC CONDITIONS) with Martina Elter is now back in the Studio and a new course starts on Tuesday 28th July and runs for 3 weeks. The September dates will be advertised shortly.
PRE-NATAL YOGA with Chie Sibbring - a perfect yoga course for pregnant women. Even though streamed there is still time to connect with other women attending and to share experiences. The new 4-week course starts on 17th August from 7.30-8.45pm.
MUM & BABY COURSE with Chie Sibbring - a really lovely course which enhances the mum and baby connection. The new 4-week course starts on Thursday 23rd July from 11.45-12.30pm.
BABY MASSAGE with Chie Sibbring - a beautiful 4 week baby massage course. This new course starts on Friday 21st August from 10.30-11.15am.
Online Yoga Classes everyday
Regular MIXED LEVEL HATHA yoga classes on Monday,Thursday & Friday mornings and Wednesday evening. CHAKRA YOGA with Chie Sibbring - on Monday evenings at 6.00pm. RISE & SHINE YOGA with Lisa Burbidge on Wednesday mornings at 8.00am, SUNDAY FLOW with Nikki Knight on Sunday mornings at 9.30am, YIN with Martina Elter on Fridays at 7.00pm and CONNECTION THROUGH MEDITATION with Martina Elter on Tuesdays at 9.00pm.
