ABOUT SANTOSHA
ANUSARA YOGA
Anusara (a-nu-sar-a), means “flowing with Grace,” “flowing with Nature,” “following your heart.”
Founded by John Friend in 1997, Anusara yoga is a school of hatha yoga, which unifies a life-affirming Shiva-Shakti Tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness with Universal Principles of Alignment.
A class will involve a heart-oriented theme, which has a meaningful connection to a sequenced asana practice.

Santosha is a fantastic yoga space with a thriving community in Chippenham, Wiltshire.
Currently the only dedicated home of Anusara yoga in the UK, Santosha has three Anusara Inspired resident teachers and is the home of Certified Anusara yoga teacher, Claire Murphy. We regularly host internationally acclaimed yoga teachers as well as presenting workshops from our residents throughout the year.
We also have classes in Pilates, Children's Yoga and much more as well as hosting guest speakers and musicians throughout the year. We also have two great spaces available for use as therapy rooms or to host your own classes.

CLAIRE MURPHY
Claire is one of only two certified Anusara yoga teachers in the UK. She teahces with openess, passion and precision and has a strong vision. She has been teaching for more than 10 years and opened Santosha in 2004.
