Santosha Studio is a place of sanctuary, especially designed for teaching yoga and pilates. An inviting and nurturing space, the environment is one of empowerment where everyone, regardless of age, experience or ability is made to feel welcome.
The Studio, which is open six days a week, has a packed schedule of daily yoga drop in classes and a whole range of courses at different times of the day; Yoga for Beginners, Yoga for Teens, Yoga for Children, Yoga for Pre-Pregnancy, Yoga for Post-Pregnancy, Pilates for Beginners and for Intermediate Practitioners. It also houses a fully equipped Pilates Studio offering 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 sessions.
In addition the studio hosts a vibrant array of workshops ranging from Mindfulness to Gong Baths and regular KMI Structural Integration sessions.
We are stockists of Real Life Clothing and Pukka Tea and sell pilates and yoga equipment.
All the teachers are fully trained and are dedicated and passionate about their work.
