YOGA WITH COMMITMENT - IN STUDIO

Thursday Evenings from 7.45-9.00pm

28 April - 26 May

5 weeks, In-Studio £47.50

with Angela Dajnoki & Jen Chapman

Class Size restricted to 14 people maximum

This course is for those who have already done a Beginners and Beginners Plus course but wish to continue their practice further with the commitment of a course.  Yoga with Commitment is very similar level to our Hatha Yoga PAYG classes.

 

As always, guidance will be given in breathing and meditation. The use of props, adjustments, and adaptations of the poses to suit all levels, will also be covered enabling the individual to achieve the most out of their practice.

 

Please bring mat and props if you have them.
