Yin & Tonic: A Friday Night Ritual
​
This is not your average wind-down. It’s a ritual of release. A chance to recalibrate body, breath, and mind.
Yin & Tonic offers a space to turn inward and soften at week’s end, blending the depth of Yin yoga with an extended meditation practice.
​
Expect long-held postures to open deep connective tissue, gently guided breathwork and a stillness practice that invites profound presence that concludes with an extended, guided meditation designed to wash away the stress of the week.

What’s Included:
- Dim lighting & a quiet, grounded atmosphere
- Deep Yin postures (3–5 minutes each)
- 25+ minutes of meditation (guided + silent)
