August is the month of school holidays and hopefully a month to re-charge your batteries before September and the new term. I am not sure whether August is a month of slowing down for me at the moment as we are in throws of putting together the autumn timetable and developing a new website which is going to be far more “smart phone” friendly.
We have already published the new autumn course schedule which includes a new kids Yoga course on Tuesday afternoons, a beginners course on Thursday evening and a baby massage course on Friday lunchtimes - look out for the new autumn class timetable which we will be printing very shortly. There are a couple of changes to our class schedule this autumn too. There is a new Tuesday morning drop in at 9.30am and the drop in session on Thursday will now run at 7.30pm. In addition we are running the Adult Ballet classes on Tuesday afternoons and Pilates classes throughout the week.
There are also a variety of workshops scheduled throughout the autumn; our first Kirtan, Fascial Yoga, iRest Meditation, return of Gongs, Partner Yoga, Yin Yoga, Sunday De-Stress and by popular demand the return of visiting teacher Benita Wolfe Galvin (BJ).
We also welcome some new additions to the teaching faculty, some of whom have recently certified from Chie Sibbring 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course.
Whatever we offer you here at Santosha it is always with you in mind; a warm and inviting sanctuary for your Yoga practice.
Namaste
Fiona
