Yoga + Pilates Classes
We now run Hatha, Yin, Yang & Restorative style classes seven days a week and at various times of the day both in-studio and online. You will need to pre-book in-studio classes now as numbers are limited due to physical distancing measures.
Studio classes are split into two categories: Mixed Level and Intermediate, but for now we are just running Mixed Level classes. For information on timings please refer to our schedule.
We are running 10 online classes every week. So if you cannot get to the Studio you don't have to miss out on practising your yoga. When you book a class you will be sent a confirmation message and within that message will be the zoom link details for your class. If you don't receive a confirmation message please let us know on firstname.lastname@example.org. The teacher will open up the link to the class 5/10 minutes before the start just to make sure that the sound/picture and link are OK.
Our Pilates courses are being run in-studio and online and there is a drop in possibility depending on numbers and your previous practice but we recommend that everyone to make a commitment to attend a course as regular practice restores the body's connections. Please contact the teacher direct for confirmation.
Mixed level drop in
In pre-Covid 19 times, our drop in classes did not require reservation & you simply just turned up and signed in online or at the front desk. Now because of safety measures our class numbers are limited so now all classes require to be pre-booked. If you have booked a class and cannot attend please do let the Studio know as someone else could possibly take your space.
Mixed level classes are open to all levels, including beginners.
intermediate drop in
Intermediate level drop in classes are a more challenging class than the mixed level. We recommend joining these classes once you have completed 1 - 2 beginners courses and have attended mixed level classes for at least 1 year.
