This is the first block of a 12 week plan to lose weight using the meditative and active essence of Yoga, together with nutritional advice that is personalised for each client.​

Monika Singh is a nutritionist and Yoga teacher and combines her experience and knowledge to offer a personalised meal and exercise plan to help you lose weight.

​

The practice of yoga supports physical, mental, and spiritual development that allows you to create the best version of yourself.  Active and meditative Yoga can help you lose weight.  Yoga helps you sleep better, helps you breathe more efficiently as well challenges you physically - of which help you to achieve the weight/size that is optimal for you.
