This online course is a delightful combination of yoga practice for new mums & their babies. Mums will have a 30 minute practice to regain strength and relieve stiffness & tension. Followed by 15 minutes Baby massage so both mum and baby will benefit. Every week the massage will cover a different part of the body so developing a whole body massage.
Baby massage develops a strong bond that is practiced with your baby and not 'to' your baby. It involves gentle stroke, soft touch and caress over your baby's skin.
