This is a Pilates class that is suitable for anyone who is not suffering from acute pain but has mild aches and pains and needs greater flexibility and strength. Taught by Fiona, who has been practising Pilates for over 17 years this is a thoughtful and challenging class. A perfect way to re-connect with your body, mind and spirit and a perfect to set you up for the rest of the week.
