This gentle flow is a beautiful balance of strength and softness, perfect for an evening practice, in honour of the full moon. This is a perfect practice to counteract stress of a busy or worrying lifestyle. This session will be taught in-studio only.
For safety we ask that everyone brings their own yoga mat, blanket and pillow case to put around your bolster.
Santosha Studio will also have a stock of lightweight blankets for sale for anyone who needs one.
