Following a basic warm up for the full body and face, practice facial exercises to increase blood flow and to lift and restore tone of muscles especially around the chin and eyes.
Advice will be given on gut health, hydration and breathing for a healthy skin.
The session will finish with a cool down technique.
Please bring your favourite facial oil or moisturiser with you.
