What information do we hold about you?
When you visit the Studio for the first time to attend one of our classes, courses or workshops we ask you to complete and sign a health questionnaire and an informed consent release. We add your name, address, telephone number and email address – if provided - to our database.
How do we use your information?
Your information allows us to update you with news of changes to the schedules and information regarding new courses and workshops that may be of interest to you. We email a monthly newsletter as well as the occasional email notifying you of an unusual event such as a waitlist notification, important reminder, notifications about your bookings and account details such as purchase receipts. Any personal health or medical information you have provided is used to ensure that your needs are met and that services we provide to you are appropriate.
When do we share information?
All personal and credit card information is encoded using secure encryption.
If you already receive our marketing communications, we’ll continue to send you these unless you ask us to stop. We hope you enjoy hearing from us just as much as we enjoy putting our updates together. We promise to never bombard you with unwarranted communications.
Your rights regarding your personal data.
If you receive our email-based marketing communications, you can choose to unsubscribe at any time.
