It is difficult for mum's of young children to find time for themselves let alone for their yoga practice. This class is perfectly timed for when the children are (hopefully) in bed asleep and you can have time for yourself. Just bring your mat, a few props and you will be led by our Senior Teacher Chie Sibbring for 70 minutes of active but also restorative yoga that will strengthen you, restore flexibility and relax you for the rest of the evening and a good night's sleep.
Due to new Covid-19 restrictions sessions from January - March 2021 this course will be delivered online.
