Our Improvers course is for those who have done some yoga before and are looking to develop their knowledge and practice of asanas (poses), breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. It would also be a great course for those looking to work on their technique are returning to Yoga or simply prefer a slow and steady approach.
Plenty of adjustments and modifications are throughout the class to ensure all students enjoy the practice at their own pace.
You are very welcome to bring your own mat but we do supply all props required for your practice.
