Yoga + Pilates Classes

We now run Yoga drop in both Hatha, Yin, Yang and Vinyasa style classes seven days a week and at various times of the day both in-studio and online. You will need to pre-book in-studio classes now as numbers are limited due to physical distancing measures.

Drop in classes are split into two categories: Mixed Level and Intermediate. For information on timings please refer to our schedule.

If you are a beginner, please book yourself onto one of our beginners courses here>  and complete a new client form to bring along to your first class.

Our Pilates courses offer a drop in possibility depending on numbers and your previous practice.  Please contact the teacher direct for confirmation.

Mixed level drop in

Our drop in classes do not require reservation, you simply just turn up and sign in online or at the front desk. You can either pay per class or use one of your class passes.

Mixed level classes are open to all levels, including beginners.

Vinyasa Flow drop in classes are not suitable for complete beginners.

intermediate drop in

Intermediate level drop in classes are a more challenging class than the mixed level. We recommend joining these classes once you have completed 1 - 2 beginners courses and have attended mixed level classes for at least 1 year.
