A special course for all who'd like to improve their game as well as finding balance in both mind and body.

People who watch golf may just see the swing and the journey of the golf ball, but Golf is a very complex sport to which every detail matters.

If you love this sport, you know it's skilful balance of flexibility, range of motion and mental concentration.

If you've played golf for some time, your body can develop imbalances; due to the repeated spinal rotation from swinging the golf club from only one side. This often goes hand in hand with experiencing lower back pain or shoulder pain more often.

Yoga can bring a big difference to your game and help in finding core stability to increase your golf swing, range of motion, build awareness of muscular imbalances and prevent injury.

Yoga opens the hips, shoulders, increases flexibility in the spine and improves your awareness body positioning and movement as well as mental focus.

Yoga brings inner calmness; to which your temperament on the course can benefit. Making the game you love truly enjoyable.

As the seasons change, bringing with it darker evenings, you may pause your game for a while.

Why not take the invitation to learn about Yoga?

Find out how it can benefit your Golf game.

Just bring yourself in comfortable clothing which allows you to stretch.

Equipment is available at the studio.
