This course is great for those who have already completed a beginner’s course or for those returning to yoga after a break. This course will continue to explore the fundamentals of yoga at a gentle pace building on the yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation already covered in the beginner’s course. There will still be lots of guidance and explanation of the methods and terms, time for questions and a respect for individual needs.

Please bring your own mat and blanket.

Absolute beginners course - in studio

This course explores the fundamentals of yoga at a gentle pace. There will be lots of guidance and explanation of the methods and terms, time for questions and a respect for individual needs.


You will learn foundation yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation and many of the underlying principles of the practice which will allow you to continue to grow, learn and take care of your body and mind.


This is a great class for the complete beginner or novice but also for those returning to yoga after a long break or anyone who wants to rediscover and explore the basics. No previous experience is required.
