ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS - IN STUDIO

Wednesday Evenings from 7.50-9.05pm

This course explores the fundamentals of yoga at a gentle pace. There will be lots of guidance and explanation of the methods and terms, time for questions and a respect for individual needs.


You will learn foundation yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation and many of the underlying principles of the practice which will allow you to continue to grow, learn and take care of your body and mind.


This is a great class for the complete beginner or novice but also for those returning to yoga after a long break or anyone who wants to rediscover and explore the basics. No previous experience is required.

We ask all new clients to complete a new client form which will sent to you prior to your arrival or you can click on here. 

Please bring your own mat and blanket.

BEGINNERS + developing your practice further - IN STUDIO

Thursday Evenings from 6.15-7.30pm

13 January - 17 February

6 weeks, In-Studio £57.00

with Fiona McIntosh

Class Size restricted to 12 people maximum 

This course is for those who have already done a Beginners and Beginners Plus course but wish to continue their practice further with the commitment of a course or it would perfect for someone who hasn't practised Yoga for a while and feels a bit rusty.

 

Guidance will be given in breathing and meditation. The use of props, adjustments, and adaptations of the poses to suit all levels, will also be covered enabling the individual to achieve the most out of their practice.

Please bring your own mat if you have one.
