Santosha Studio is a place of excellence for the teaching of Yoga, a space which is warm, friendly, inviting, nurturing, empowering and professional where all people quickly feel safe and welcome. The studio is a sanctuary where people are guided to explore themselves; where they are helped and guided as they choose to grow and transform their lives, at their pace and in a way that works best for them. It is a haven where everyone can plug back into what is important to them and shine out with joy, courage and confidence.

Santosha is a place for people to overcome their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual blocks, moving from dis-ease to optimal health nurtured by a team of caring, professional and talented teachers, facilitators and staff. A place where the teachers have a genuine desire to serve their students and to disseminate yoga into the community and who continue to develop their skills in directions which feel appropriate to them and the aspects of yoga they wish to offer.

Each student, teacher and staff member is treated with respect, honesty, compassion and patience by all. Each person is honoured for their unique gifts. No-one will be asked to do anything they do not genuinely align with or feel confident enough to attempt.
