Let’s welcome the New Year with a celebratory practice of 108 Sun salutations. Sun salutations are a great way of showing your gratitude to the Sun and the practice invites your whole existence to be present in welcoming the New Year.


The 108 Sun Salutation practice refreshes the mind, reinvigorates the body and revitalises the spirit, connecting our breath and body with movement. Like a moving meditation, inhaling to welcome renewal, and exhaling to let go of what is no longer needed. Come and join us for this wonderful opportunity to start off 2019 with gratitude.

Yoga and Vision 2019

A magical mix of Yoga and a creative coaching tool to invite you to some deep and powerful intention setting and purposeful creating of a vision for your near or longer future.
We start with an active Yoga practice to open us up for what we like to invite into our lives. In the next step, by using an adaptation of the MAP process we are creating an image of our journey and our dreams. After this creative part we move through a Yin Yoga practice exploring emotions and feelings and allowing an integration of your vision on a deeper level.
The workshop is suitable for all abilities and ages as well as promising lots of insight and fun. Don’t let yourself be held back by an old belief ‘I am not creative'.


About Martina

How Yoga relates to day-to-day experiences and impacts our body, mind and spirit interconnectedness on a deep level, has been always a fascination for Martina since she fallen in love with Yoga over 20 years ago. Many of the concepts of this ancient tradition can be related to findings of modern psychology. In her professional carrier in supporting and accompanying children, young people and adults in very challenging life circumstances she used Yoga in a holistic way to empower her clients, help to create spaces for wellbeing and a sense of empowerment.

Martina is a Yoga teacher and holds a master’s degree in Social Pedagogy specialist in humanistic counselling, community work, education and health promotion.

Yin Yoga, as a practice for deep inner peace and relaxation invites us to reconnect in a gentle and compassionate way with our body, mind and soul. By holding poses for a longer period it increases our ability to be in the present moment and slowly brings us closer to our authentic self. Yin Yoga invites us to meet our inner resistance and shows us how to find a place of comfort in a not-so-comfortable place as well as noticing our thoughts and reactions from a perspective of calmness.
