All equipment is provided.

Class passes may be used for any class on the schedule at the appropriate level for the student.

Courses must be paid for in advance. Courses may not run if undersubscribed. In this circumstance notice and a full refund will be given.

Levels


Gentle – simple stretches, breathing techniques but with more focus on deep relaxation and guided meditation. Ideal for those with chronic illnesses or those looking for a relaxation class.

Level 1 – for complete beginners, to learn the basic postures, terms and alignment over time. Also suitable for people returning to yoga after a break, illness or stepping up from Gentle.

Level 1-2 – good for most people, an ongoing exploration of postures, breathing techniques, building strength, stamina and flexibility. Good for people who feel confident at level 1 and want a bit more challenge. Also suitable for strong beginners with no injuries. Some knowledge of basic terms from level 1 beneficial.

If you are unsure which class is for you please talk with one of the teachers who can advise you.
