February 20th to April 1st, 2012

Levels explained

Basic- Suitable for complete beginners and those wishing to getting back to basics, recover from an injury or enjoy a light practice.
Mixed- These classes are stronger. Some knowledge of the alignment principles is beneficial but beginners are welcome.
Intermediate- For those who want a challenge or who want to step their practice up a gear. At least 6 months of yoga experience recommended.
Flow- Flow classes are suitable for all levels but some knowledge of basic yoga postures is helpful as focus is on movement rather than detailed instruction.
Restorative- Postures are held for longer with props and emphasis on relaxation and opening. Suitable for anyone.
Special- These classes are usually courses with a particular group in mind- new mum’s, children etc.
