Whilst this class can be taken by anyone, priority at the time of booking will be given to those who have completed Module 1.
The second module aims to build on the knowledge base established in module one. There is more emphasis on incorporating the breathing into movement and a further exploration of the original 34 movements, broken down into beginner level.
Students will gain from further training and strengthening of their core muscles, providing support to maintain back heath and overall sense of increased well being.
