Our classes are on a drop-in basis. This flexible approach allow you to fit your classes around your lifestyle; change days, change times, choose between a mixture of Yoga & Pilates, come as much as you like one week, not at all the next it's up to you and you lose nothing.

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before any class and remember to turn off any mobile phones. Thank you
