My yoga journey began a few years ago with a New Years resolution. That auspicious resolution opened the door to an incredible new way of life. From that first yoga class I experienced a very intense and profound realisation that embodiment is truly a gift from Grace and as individuals it is our duty to honour this blessing as best we can. I believe that embodiment, like all gifts, should be enjoyed and cherished.

 

Since then I have been privileged to work with some wonderfully inspirational yoga teachers who have encouraged me to discover my own natural power and potential.

Through the practise of Anusara Yoga in particular I have learnt to connect to the Truth within my own heart, to that place of goodness and joy that is a constant presence in each and every one of us.

 

My Hatha Yoga classes are mindful, dynamic and flowing, with a strong emphasis on finding a natural rhythm between the body and the breath

I hope to foster a sense of courage and strength in my yoga students that will allow them to begin their own transformative journey and to find a sense of balance, harmony and contentment in their own lives.
