Consequently, students of all levels of ability and yoga experience are honoured for their unique differences, limitations, and talents. Not only is Anusara an elegant system of alignment principles, it is also a wonderful community of highly trained teachers and fun-loving students. As one of only 2 certified Anusara Yoga teachers in the UK, Claire will bring this unique Yoga philosophy to the North Wiltshire area. The other teacher, Bridget Woods-Kramer is based in London and Cornwall.
