As a mum of 3 herself, living locally in Chippenham, Amanda was very aware that this type of service was not available in this area and thought why should only London have the best high quality services? As a result Amanda is very excited to introduce Tiny Life Potential - Occupational Therapy for babies. Amanda is going to be providing baby development classes at Santosha studio as well as offering parents a home visiting service.

Fiona has a longstanding interest in meditation and yoga and has spent time in retreat centres in India, Australia and the UK. She also studied Tibetan Buddhism in Dharmasala, India. Fiona is a qualified Occupational Therapist who has worked in the NHS for 15 years mainly in mental health, neurology and chronic fatigue syndrome. She has been studying for a masters in Mindfulness Based Approaches for 4 years and is integrating this into her work as well as being an important part of her personal life as a working mum.

She says:
"The Santosha studio has been an important part of my personal development and starting to offer mindfulness here feels like an extension of my personal practice that I am now able to share. Mindfulness enhances my life in so many ways. It can help when life is stressful and there is plenty of evidence that it does this, but it also enables the day to day to be more meaningful and more enjoyable. The workshops I run are designed to be accessible to all, whether you have a longstanding meditation practice or are completely new to it."

Fiona is also available for one to one sessions.
